Digital Marketing Executive – Social Media, Content & Creative

Job Summary

GWON Property Management is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence and create engaging marketing content. The candidate will be responsible for social media management, poster designing, video and reel creation, content development, digital advertisements, and online campaign support.

Key Responsibilities
Manage GWON's social media platforms.
Create attractive posters, banners, reels, videos, and promotional content.
Create advertisements for properties, rental/lease services, company services, and recruitment.
Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
Write captions, promotional messages, and basic marketing content.
Edit short-form videos and property promotional videos.
Publish and schedule content on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Monitor social media reach, engagement, views, and enquiries.
Support paid digital advertising campaigns.
Research social media trends, competitors, hashtags, and content ideas.




Coordinate with the marketing and other departments to collect information required for content.
Maintain consistent GWON branding across all digital platforms.
Prepare regular reports on digital marketing activities and performance

Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Freshers with robust practical skills and a valuable portfolio may also be considered.
Previous experience in digital marketing/content creation is an advantage.
Portfolio of posters, videos, reels, or social media work is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
