Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a polite, responsible, and organized Front Desk Assistant to be the face of Jyoti Hospital. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a calm personality, and the ability to multitask in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming calls and provide accurate information to patients.
Schedule and manage appointments for doctors
Maintain petty cash, ensure accurate recording and daily reconciliation.
Accompany patients to their designated consultation rooms or departments.
Maintain records—registers, files, appointment logs, billing slips, and software entries.
Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff for smooth patient flow.
Ensure a clean, courteous and skilled front desk setting at all times.
Assist with basic administrative tasks assigned by hospital management.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred)




Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge & ability to learn hospital software
Prior experience in front desk / reception / healthcare preferred but not mandatory
Pleasant personality, patience, and strong customer-service orientation
Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly

Salary

As per hospital norms and candidate’s experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Police Lines, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
