Job Description

We are looking for a Spare In-Charge / Spare Assistant to join our Veliyathu Motors Royal Enfield dealership (Pala Mutholy). The candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience in automobile spare parts, preferably in a two-wheeler dealership or automobile industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day spare parts operations and inventory.
Handle spare parts receiving, issuing, and stock management.
Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock verification.
Coordinate with the Service Department for spare parts requirements.
Prepare spare parts orders and follow up on pending requirements.
Ensure proper storage and identification of spare parts.
Handle billing, invoices, and related documentation.
Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving spare parts.
Coordinate with suppliers and the company for spare parts procurement.
Maintain proper records of stock and transactions.

Candidate Requirements:
Education:



Diploma in Automobile Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.Tech or B.E. in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering / ITI in Automobile or Motor Vehicle Mechanics.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automobile spare parts or a similar role.
Experience in a two-wheeler dealership/service centre will be preferred.
Positive knowledge of automobile spare parts and inventory management.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing/inventory software.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
