Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for 1,200–1,500 employees.
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, incentives, deductions, and other payroll components.
Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, and other applicable regulations.
Maintain accurate employee payroll data, salary structures, and payroll records.
Ensure compliance with applicable central and state labour laws.
Coordinate payroll audits and provide required information to internal and external auditors.
Prepare payroll MIS, reports, reconciliation statements, and payroll cost analysis.
Track and implement applicable government schemes, labour reforms, and statutory updates.
Manage Full & Final Settlements, gratuity, bonus payments, and leave encashment.
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll processing and related matters.




Address and resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, and statutory contributions.

Required Skills & Competencies
Solid knowledge of payroll processing, HRMS, and payroll software.
Good understanding of statutory compliances and labour laws.
Knowledge of PF, ESI, gratuity, maternity benefits, wage-related regulations, and applicable government schemes.
Robust numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential employee and payroll information with integrity.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage high-volume payroll operations within timelines.

Qualification & Experience
1–2 years of relevant payroll experience.
Hands-on experience managing payroll for 1,200–1,500 employees is mandatory.
Experience with HRMS/payroll software will be preferred.
Additional certification in Payroll, Labour Laws, or statutory compliance will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
