Key Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor Master Production Schedules (MPS) in alignment with customer requirements, project timelines, and capacity planning.
Coordinate with design, procurement, quality, and production teams to translate sales/contract demand into executable production plans.
Prepare and update Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to ensure timely availability of raw materials, consumables, and bought-out items.
Track Work Orders, Job Cards, and Production Status Reports to ensure plan adherence.
Monitor WIP (Work-in-Progress) and resolve bottlenecks in collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
Analyze production variances and initiate corrective actions to meet on-time delivery (OTD) targets.
Maintain dashboards and MIS reports for management review on capacity utilization, inventory levels, and delivery performance.
Ensure compliance with AS9100, defence standards, and customer audit requirements for aerospace & defence programs.




Support supply chain cost optimization through inventory control, waste reduction, and resource planning.
Act as an interface between customer demand, procurement, and shop floor execution.

Qualification & Experience:
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
MBA / PG Diploma in Operations / Supply Chain (preferred).
2–5 years of relevant experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) / SCM, preferably in aerospace, defence, or composites industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per year
