We are hiring 7 Purification Operators at Spark Biogas Pvt Ltd, our Compressed Biogas (CBG) plant in Sholinganallur. You will run the biogas purification and upgrading section in rotating A / B / C shifts, turning raw biogas into clean CBG and filling it safely. Responsibilities
Operate the gas upgrading system (water scrubbing / PSA / membrane type) as per SOPs
Run and monitor gas compressors, dryers and H2S / CO2 removal units
Check and record gas quality, pressure, temperature and flow readings every shift
Operate CBG compression and cascade filling safely
Spot gas leaks, pressure changes or equipment trips and act or report quickly
Follow gas safety rules, PPE and permit-to-work; maintain shift logbook and give a explicit handover
Qualifications
ITI (Fitter / Electrician / relevant trade) OR Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical) OR BE / B.Tech
Plus: experience in a biogas / CBG / CNG plant, gas compressor, STP/ETP, process plant or boiler operation
Basic knowledge of compressors, valves and instruments (pressure/temperature gauges)
Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including nights
