Looking for immediate Human Resources Employee Relation Executive.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in Employee Relations, with experience in employee grievance handling, employee engagement, retention management, employee counselling, and disciplinary management.
Fluency in English, solid communication skills, active listening, problem-solving, conflict resolution, employee grievance handling, employee counselling, interpersonal skills, and employee relationship management.
Qualification :Graduate
Shift timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Sunday weekly off)
