Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms, and field activities.
Source and identify potential clients and channel partners.
Handle client enquiries and understand their property requirements.
Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular client communication.
Coordinate with the sales team for negotiations and deal closures.
Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.
Achieve monthly sourcing, site visit, and sales targets.
Requirements:
1–5 years of experience in real estate sales/sourcing preferred.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Robust follow-up and client-handling abilities.
Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
Knowledge of Pune real estate market will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
