We are looking for an experienced Google Ads / AdWords Specialist to plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive leads, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Create and manage Google Search, Display & Performance Max campaigns
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, and ad performance
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI
Prepare regular performance reports
Track conversions and analyze campaign data

Required Skills
2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
Robust knowledge of Google Ads & Google Analytics
Understanding of keyword research, bidding & conversion tracking
Experience with campaign optimization and reporting
Solid analytical and communication skills
