Job Description – Closing Manager – Sales & Marketing

Position: Closing Manager – Sales & Marketing
Experience: 3–4 Years
Qualification: MBA in Marketing / Graduate with relevant Sales experience
Age: 30 Years & Above
Salary: ₹40,000+ per month

Key Responsibilities
Manage and drive a target-oriented sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle customer enquiries and calls, understand customer requirements, and provide appropriate property solutions.
Generate and follow up on leads through various channels.
Convert leads into site visits through effective communication and follow-up.
Convert site visits and prospective customers into successful deal closures.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers throughout the sales cycle until closure.
Manage clients and maintain complete details of customer interactions, requirements, and follow-ups.
Conduct effective product/property presentations and pitching to customers.




Negotiate with clients and coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth deal closures.
Maintain sales reports, pipeline details, lead status, site-visit records, and closure reports.
Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.

Required Skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
Proven experience in lead conversion and deal closing.
Solid follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Valuable knowledge of sales processes and customer conversion techniques.
Real Estate / Property Sales experience will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
