Production Supervisor

Location: Mahaveerganj, Balrampur District, Chhattisgarh

Industry: Graphite Mining & Mineral Processing

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day production and mineral processing operations.
Monitor production targets, process efficiency, and quality standards.
Lead and allocate manpower across shifts to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with Mining, Quality, Maintenance, and Site teams for uninterrupted production.
Monitor equipment performance and report breakdowns, abnormalities, and production losses.
Maintain daily production records, shift reports, and operational documentation.
Ensure proper handling, processing, and storage of graphite ore and processed material.
Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and environmental standards at the plant/site.
Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace discipline within the production area.

Key Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical.
2–5 years of experience in production, mineral processing, mining, or manufacturing operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
