Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Understand and fulfill client hiring requirements within defined timelines.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Required Skills:
Solid recruitment and candidate sourcing experience.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment, W2 .
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust candidate management and coordination skills.
Ability to understand and work on multiple client requirements.
