Laboratory Technician

Location: Kshirsagar Laboratory, Pirangut, Pune

Job Summary

Kshirsagar Laboratory is looking for a dedicated and responsible Laboratory Technician to join our diagnostic team. The ideal candidate should have valuable technical skills, be patient-friendly, and be capable of handling laboratory samples accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Perform blood collection (venipuncture) for patients of all age groups, including newborns, children, adults, and elderly patients.
Collect other clinical samples as per laboratory protocols.
Process and prepare samples for testing, including centrifugation, aliquoting, labeling, and storage.
Maintain proper sample identification and documentation.
Follow infection control, biosafety, and quality assurance procedures.
Assist in routine laboratory operations and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
Coordinate with senior staff to ensure timely sample processing and reporting.





Requirements
Candidate who hold Two Wheeler Driving License
DMLT, BMLT, or equivalent qualification.
Experience in blood collection from babies, pediatric patients, adults, and geriatric patients.
Good knowledge of sample processing and pre-analytical procedures.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence (mandatory).
Willingness to travel locally for home sample collection when required.
Valuable communication skills and a qualified attitude.
Punctual, honest, and committed to quality patient care.

Preferred
Previous experience in a diagnostic laboratory.
Familiarity with laboratory quality practices and patient handling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
