About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a client-focused approach, and a good understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing and other channels.
Understand clients' requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.
Recommend suitable residential and commercial properties based on client requirements.
Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Negotiate with clients and assist in successfully closing deals.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on property projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.
Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.





Candidate Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Property Sales / B2C Sales is preferred.
Positive knowledge of the real estate market and current property trends will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
Good knowledge of the Delhi NCR real estate market will be preferred.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Confident and professional approach when dealing with clients.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and property site visits.
Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also be considered.
