We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be confident in architectural design, technical drawings, client coordination, and site execution.
Design Development: Develop concept designs, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings and to prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant design software.
Client Consultation & Feasibility: Coordinate with clients, structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendorsand to discussing project goals, budget, and site feasibility with clients to develop project scopes.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs comply with local building regulations, fire safety requirements, and applicable codes.
Project Management:



Visit project sites and monitor construction progress and quality, reviewing drawings and resolve design and in office execution issues and to prepare and maintain technical drawings, documentation, and project revisions.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the project team to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to design intent
Sustainability & Innovation: Incorporating eco-friendly materials and sustainable building practices while assisting with material selection, finishes, detailing, and sustainable design solutions

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹53,465.28 per month
