Role:- Real Time Analyst
Responsibilities:-
This role requires complete ownership of Scheduling & Real Time Management for different Product Groups. The candidate will use Genesys Cloud WFM Tool to develop work schedules and generate RTA (Real Time Adherence) reports and needs to work closely with Forecasters and Service Delivery Managers / Operations Managers to make required changes to schedules as business conditions dictate

Qualification:- Any Graduates(Degree Mandate) - Diploma Not allowed

Salary Details.
CTC:- Based on Last CTC(Open for Discussion + Shift Allowances + 2 Way Cabs)
Preferred Immediate to 15 days NP resources.

Roles and Responsibilities
1) Uses forecasted staff requirements to generate optimized schedules.
2) Addresses understaffing and overstaffing to optimize headcountrequirements.
3) Helps delivery teams to monitor Volume, SL and Staffing levels.
4) Collaborates with Service Delivery Managers & Forecasters for inputs tosched
5) Service Level Root Cause Analysis on intra-day and daily basis.
6) Reports on intra-day performance and proposes recommendations on realtime basis.
7) Ad-hoc and standard WFM reports to Management.
8) Works closely with Forecasters to incorporate all forecasting inputs.
9) Coordinates with delivery teams and IT.
10) Coaches engineers on correct usage of Not Ready States.
11) Conducts and summarizes complex data and business analyses to develop business plans and workforce optimization plans.
12) Constructs statistical models with minimal direction.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
