Location: Kodungallur, Thrissur

Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 per month

About the Role

A talented and passionate Arabic Chef is needed to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in preparing authentic Arabic dishes such as grills, kebabs, tikka and other traditional specialties. This role requires creativity, leadership, and the ability to develop unique recipes based on management preferences.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a wide range of Arabic dishes including grills, and kebabs.
Create current and unique recipes that align with management’s taste and vision.
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency and excellence.
Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory and cost control.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.




Collaborate with management to design and update menus.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Arabic Chef in a restaurant or hotel.
Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine and traditional cooking methods.
Proven ability to create and adapt recipes.
Excellent leadership and team training skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
Knowledge of North Indian cuisine is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
Culinary degree or skilled chef certification.
Experience in menu planning and kitchen management.
Passion for Arabic culinary traditions and innovation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
