Job Summary:

We are hiring a Deputy Sales Manager to manage showroom operations, sales team performance, customer handling, lead conversion, and commercial vehicle sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage showroom operations and sales team.
Drive monthly sales, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.
Manage enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, deliveries, and key accounts.
Coordinate with finance, service, spares, and RTO teams.
Monitor sales pipeline, vehicle stock, CRM/DMS, and MIS.
Handle customer escalations and support the GM – Sales.

Requirements:
Graduate; MBA preferred.
6+ years of experience with mandatory Commercial Vehicle (CV) sales experience.
Experience in trucks, buses, LCV/HCV or similar commercial vehicles.
Experience managing a sales team; OEM dealership experience preferred.
Robust sales, negotiation, customer-management, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of vehicle finance, CRM/DMS, and MS Excel.
Positive communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
