Assistant Café Manager – 729 Grams Coffee Roasters Assist in managing daily café operations and shifts. Lead and supervise the café, barista & FOH team. Ensure specialty coffee quality, service standards & SOPs are followed. Handle staff coordination, rosters, inventory and daily operations. Maintain excellent guest experience and resolve customer concerns. Support sales, upselling and overall café performance. Requirements: 2–4 years of café/F&B; experience, preferably from a specialty coffee background. Robust leadership, communication and operational skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
