Assistant Team Lead – CRT Term

Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Team Lead – CRT Term to manage Life Insurance issuance processes, case follow-ups, stakeholder coordination, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Life Insurance policy issuance and case tracking.
Monitor attribution, call recordings, and issuance performance.
Ensure timely follow-ups and no case remains untouched for more than 2 days.
Coordinate with Underwriters, Insurer Operations, TPAs, internal teams, and customers.
Monitor call quality and ensure compliance with defined verification and IRDA guidelines.
Track team performance against issuance and quality KPIs.

Requirements
Experience in Life Insurance Operations, Underwriting Follow-ups, Policy Issuance, or Customer Retention.
Positive knowledge of insurance processes and compliance.
Solid communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work with targets and quality benchmarks.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
