Handle customer calls and provide professional support to international customers.
Excellent verbal English communication and positive pronunciation required.
Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Solid listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
