Pharmacist – Nalam Hospital, Theni

Nalam Hospital, Theni is looking for a qualified and responsible Pharmacist to manage medicine dispensing, pharmacy operations, inventory, billing, and medication safety.

Qualification
D.Pharm / B.Pharm from a recognized institution.
Valid Pharmacy Council Registration is mandatory.
Freshers are most welcome to apply.
Hospital pharmacy experience will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Dispense medicines and prescriptions accurately as per doctor instructions.
Check prescriptions and verify medicine name, dosage, quantity, and medication details.
Maintain pharmacy stock, inventory, purchase, and sales records.
Monitor medicine expiry dates, batch numbers, and stock levels.




Ensure proper medicine storage and inventory management.
Handle pharmacy billing and computer-based pharmacy software.
Maintain accurate purchase, sales, stock, and dispensing records.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, hospital departments, suppliers, and patients when required.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, medication safety, and hospital SOPs.
Provide basic and appropriate information to patients regarding medicine usage and storage.
Support smooth day-to-day hospital pharmacy operations.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
