Job Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in a domestic live chat/customer support process is mandatory.
English communication is mandatory.
Candidates must be fluent in at least one regional language: Hindi, Kannada, or Telugu.
Only candidates currently based in Bangalore/Bengaluru are eligible.
Experienced candidates only – freshers are not eligible.
Valuable typing speed and solid written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple customer chats professionally and efficiently.
Positive customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
