Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for Production Planning and control to meet the contractual delivery dates.
Coordinates with management to ensure receipt of the material from vendors at the right time.
Responsible for workmen welfare.
Maintaining records of various CNC/VMC Programs & other Toolings.
Maintaining SPC for critical dimensions.
Preparation of Operation Layouts.
Responsible for Upkeep of all Machineries, implementation of 5S, FMEA, etc.
Assist in Recent Product & Process development.
Review client drawings, calculate cycle times for every process, and verify on real-time basis.
Achieve set targets to meet the company’s policies and customer requirements.
Ensure that assigned duties are followed in accordance with the Company’s Code of Ethics.
Assisting in implementing, maintaining and control of Management systems.
