Knooviq Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Client Onboarding Analyst to support the onboarding of current clients and ensure a smooth transition from initial engagement to successful service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with current clients during the onboarding process.
Collect and verify required client information and documents.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
Maintain accurate client records and onboarding documentation.
Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and online meetings.
Address basic client queries and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Follow company processes and compliance requirements.




Maintain regular follow-ups with clients throughout the onboarding process.
Prepare onboarding reports and update internal systems.

Requirements
0–6 months of experience in client onboarding, customer support, operations, or business development.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Professional and client-focused approach.
Willingness to learn and grow in a corporate workplace.
