Retail Sales Executive – Premium Home Décor

The Décor Kart is looking for a smart, pleasant and experienced Retail Sales Executive for our premium home décor store in Khan Market, New Delhi.

We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, has a natural interest in home décor and interiors, and can confidently assist customers in selecting products for their homes.

Responsibilities:
Attend and assist customers personally
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable décor products
Actively work towards achieving monthly sales targets
Build relationships with regular customers and encourage repeat business
Follow up with interested customers on WhatsApp/calls
Maintain an attractive and well-organised store display
Have good knowledge of products, prices and new arrivals

Candidate Profile:
Positive spoken English and Hindi




Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance
Regular, punctual and responsible
Strong selling and customer-handling skills
Genuine interest in home décor, interiors, lifestyle or luxury retail
Previous experience in premium retail/home décor/furniture/lifestyle stores preferred
Comfortable dealing with discerning customers

Location: Khan Market, New Delhi
Job Type: Full-time, In-store
Salary: Valuable salary for the right candidate, based on experience and selling ability

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
