TOMOTINA KIDS is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Therapist to join our team. The therapist will work closely with children through individualised one-on-one sessions, focusing on their behavioural, social, communication, and developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one behaviour therapy sessions with children.
Implement individualised intervention plans based on each child's needs and goals.
Maintain daily session reports and progress records.
Monitor and document children's development and behavioural progress.
Share regular updates and progress with parents.
Coordinate with other therapists and professionals as required.
Maintain a child-friendly, supportive, and professional setting.

Requirements




Master's degree in Psychology.
Prior experience working with children is preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, empathetic, and child-focused approach.
Ability to maintain accurate session documentation and progress reports.
Immediate joining preferred.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week

Location: Gurgaon

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
