Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and HORECA customers.
Identify new customers and business prospects within the assigned territory.
Visit customers regularly and understand their requirements.
Promote and effectively communicate the company's FMCG products.
Take orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product pricing.
Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on market activities.
Coordinate with the distribution and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Maintain professional relationships with existing and potential customers.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales.
Experience in the HORECA industry will be an added advantage.
Qualification: +2 / Degree
Valid 2-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the local market.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
