Role Overview

Zyngram is looking for a target-oriented HR Recruiter responsible for candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, recruitment closures, onboarding and candidate follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and recruitment drives.
Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate communication and screening.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates and ensure joining.
Support job fairs and recruitment drives.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate document verification, offer and pre-onboarding activities.
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
Coordinate with Zyngram Employment & Skill Development Centres for candidate mobilisation.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate information.
Achieve assigned recruitment targets and performance standards.

Performance & Targets

Performance will be measured against defined recruitment KPIs, including:
Candidates sourced
Candidates screened
Qualified candidates shortlisted




Interviews scheduled
Offers issued
Successful joining
Recruitment closures
Candidate conversion rate
Recruitment drive participation
Follow-up effectiveness
Timely completion of assigned tasks

Performance will be evaluated based on both quantity and quality of recruitment.

Training Course Fee

₹35,000 – Returnable Training Course Fee

The course fee is returnable after 3 months of successful employment, in 3 equal monthly instalments, subject to the terms and conditions of the candidate agreement.

Eligibility
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Target-oriented and organized.
Ability to work with deadlines.
Qualified communication with candidates.
Freshers with robust communication skills may apply.

Career Chance

Successful candidates may be considered for HR Recruiter, HR Executive, Talent Acquisition Executive or HR Coordinator positions based on performance and organizational requirements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
