Plan, supervise, and monitor mechanical fabrication activities as per drawings and specifications.
Read and interpret fabrication, GA, assembly, and engineering drawings.
Prepare cutting lists, material requirements, and fabrication schedules.
Supervise welding, cutting, bending, drilling, grinding, and assembly work.
Ensure proper fit-up, alignment, dimensions, and welding quality.
Coordinate with production, design, purchase, and site teams.
Inspect fabricated equipment and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Monitor manpower, material usage, and production timelines.
Prepare fabrication progress reports and maintain production records.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
Troubleshoot fabrication and mechanical assembly issues.
Support installation and commissioning activities at site when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.




2–5 years of experience in mechanical fabrication.
Knowledge of MS, SS, FRP and industrial equipment fabrication will be an advantage.
Valuable knowledge of welding processes, fabrication methods, and mechanical assembly.
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and engineering drawings.
Knowledge of measurement tools and fabrication inspection.
Positive communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Preferred Experience

Experience in fabrication of ETP, STP, RO/DM plants, tanks, ducting, scrubbers, dust collectors, pipelines, and other industrial equipment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,075.00 - ₹70,098.00 per month
