Role: Operations Manager – Farmer Operations

THANK YOU FARMER is building an integrated agricultural platform designed to support farmers from soil to sale.

Before we launch, we are looking for an Operations Manager who can take ownership of ground execution and help build the complete operating system from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute pre-launch operations
Identify and develop the first farmer/village cluster
Coordinate farmer onboarding and field activities
Build the Kisan Saathi field network
Coordinate soil-testing camps and lab partners
Manage fertilizer/input vendors and operational requirements
Onboard tractor, machinery and drone partners
Coordinate veterinary service partners
Help set up farmer support and complaint-resolution processes
Maintain farmer, crop, soil and service data
Coordinate with the app-development team on operational requirements
Build SOPs for farmer onboarding, soil testing, machinery booking, input delivery and crop-selling requests
Support development of model farms and FPO partnerships
Coordinate with logistics and procurement partners




Track daily operations, timelines and launch readiness
Work directly with the Founder & Brand Development Manager on execution and problem-solving

Who We’re Looking For
Strong execution and problem-solving ability
Comfortable working both in the office and on the ground
Able to manage vendors, farmers and field teams
Good communication in Hindi; English proficiency preferred
Solid Excel / Google Sheets and reporting skills
Agriculture, rural operations, supply chain or startup experience preferred
Someone who can take ownership rather than wait for instructions

Most Important

We are looking for a builder, not just a manager.

You should be comfortable creating processes from zero, visiting villages, meeting farmers, negotiating with partners and helping us prepare THANK YOU FARMER for launch.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
