We are looking for a Production Manager to handle daily factory operations, ensure smooth production flow, maintain machines and dies, and manage workers to meet quality and delivery targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and monitor daily production as per orders
Assign workers and supervise shop-floor activities
Handle die setting, machine setup, and production quality
Ensure machine and die maintenance
Control wastage, rework, and improve productivity
Coordinate with dispatch, purchase, and accounts teams
Maintain discipline, safety, and 5S in factory
Requirements:
Experience in sheet metal / power press industry preferred
Positive knowledge of production planning, machines, and dies
Ability to handle workers and achieve targets
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
