Handling the languages English ,Malayalam,Hindi and Kannada added advantage

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain jewellery products, offers, services, and promotions clearly.

Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and previous interactions.

Generate and qualify sales leads through telephone calls.

Maintain positive relationships with customers.

Handle customer questions and provide accurate information.

Record customer details, call outcomes, and follow-up requirements.

Coordinate qualified leads with the Sales Team.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Maintain skilled and polite communication with every customer.

Share customer feedback and significant enquiries with the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
