K & K Engineers is looking for an Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities, billing, purchase order entries, payment updates, Tally entries, GST-related work, and general accounts documentation.
Key Responsibilities-
Prepare and process sales invoices and billing documents.
Enter and maintain Customer Purchase Orders (POs) in the system.
Make sales, purchase, receipt, payment and other routine entries in Tally/ ERP.
Update customer payment receipts and maintain payment records.
Maintain customer and supplier ledgers and follow up on outstanding payments.
Handle basic GST-related accounting and documentation.
Verify invoices, PO details, quantities,
rates and applicable taxes.
Maintain proper records of bills, receipts, debit/credit notes and other accounts documents.
Assist with GST returns, TDS and other statutory compliance work.
Reconcile customer/supplier accounts and identify discrepancies.
We’re looking for someone who is having:
Positive knowledge of Tally.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting principles.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Responsible & willing to learn.
Qualification
B.Com / M.Com
Experience: 1–3 years in Accounts, Billing or Finance-related work.
Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
