Zuri Holidays is looking for a Business Development Executive to generate leads, handle customer enquiries, promote holiday packages, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and referrals.
Contact customers and understand their travel requirements, budget, and preferences.
Prepare and share suitable holiday packages and quotations.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
Handle customer queries regarding hotels, transport, sightseeing, and activities.
Maintain daily lead and sales reports.
Coordinate with the operations team for confirmed bookings.
Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat/referral business.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
0–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Travel & Tourism.




Freshers with solid communication and sales skills can apply.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Knowledge of popular travel destinations is an added advantage.

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Plus: Attractive performance-based incentives

Working Hours

Monday – Saturday
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
