Team Leader – Field Operations / Audit Projects

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 years in Team Handling / Field Operations / Audit / Retail Execution

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Team Leader to manage field teams and ensure projects are executed smoothly from start to completion.

The Team Leader will be responsible for planning daily activities, assigning tasks, monitoring field staff, checking work quality, tracking project progress, resolving issues and submitting daily status reports.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute daily project activities based on client requirements.
Assign stores/tasks to field auditors and team members.
Monitor daily attendance, task allocation and completion status.
Follow up with team members and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
Track Assigned, In Progress, Completed, Pending and Rejected stores.
Verify submitted photos, GPS details, timestamps and audit data.
Identify incorrect, incomplete or suspicious submissions.
Coordinate with field staff to resolve operational issues.
Maintain daily Excel trackers and project reports.
Prepare and share daily/weekly project status reports.
Ensure projects are completed within the agreed TAT.




Coordinate with the internal operations team and management.
Escalate critical issues immediately to management.
Take ownership of project completion until final closure.
Maintain proper communication and discipline within the field team.

Required Skills
Valuable Excel knowledge is mandatory.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Solid team-handling ability.
Positive planning and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple stores/projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving attitude.
Comfortable working with field teams and daily targets.
Basic knowledge of audit/retail/field operations is preferred.
Should be responsible, disciplined and proactive.

What We Expect

We need a Team Leader who can take ownership of the project, rather than simply forwarding messages.

The person should be able to independently manage the team, identify pending work, follow up with employees, solve day-to-day problems and ensure the project is completed successfully.

Two-wheeler: Not mandatory, but preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
