Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Eligibility -
Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate

Key Responsibilities -
Assist customers and deliver excellent customer service
Explain and demonstrate games to customers clearly and confidently
Handle cashiering, billing, and payment transactions accurately
Ensure a pleasant and engaging customer experience at all times

Working Hours & Schedule -
9-hour shift per day
1 weekly off
Public holidays and weekends are working days

Shift Timings -

Female – Rotational Shifts
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Male – Rotational Shifts
1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Important -
Candidates must be available for all shifts during the first 15 days of joining.
