Key Responsibilities
Prepare fresh fruit juices, milkshakes, mocktails, and other beverages as per the menu.
Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
Cut, clean, and store fruits and other ingredients properly.
Check the freshness and quality of fruits and beverage ingredients.
Operate and maintain juicers, blenders, mixers, and other beverage equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the juice counter and equipment.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Prepare beverages according to customer orders and serve them promptly.
Control wastage of fruits, ingredients, and other materials.
Maintain proper stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages.
Follow standard recipes and portion control.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
Handle customer requests professionally.
Follow hotel rules, grooming standards, attendance requirements, and workplace discipline.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per day
