Key Responsibilities
Visit residential and commercial areas to generate leads for construction and interior projects.
Meet potential customers, explain our services, and capture their requirements and contact details.
Build relationships with local builders, architects, and vendors.
Distribute brochures/marketing materials and support local events/roadshows.
Maintain a daily report of visits, leads, and follow‑ups.
Share customer feedback and market trends with the management team.
Experience
1–6 years in field marketing/field sales (real estate, construction,
interiors preferred).
Requirements
Valuable communication in Telugu and basic English.
Comfortable with local travel in Vijayawada and nearby areas.
Target‑oriented, self‑motivated, and ready to work in the field.
Education
Intermediate / Diploma / Graduate (any stream).
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Performance‑based incentives may be provided.
