Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Senior Social Media Executive to lead social media activities, manage clients, analyse performance, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Conduct audience and buyer persona research and plan content accordingly.
Monitor social media KPIs and analyze campaign performance.
Work with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, etc.
Create and review engaging photo, video, and written content.
Handle client communication, requirements, and regular updates.
Manage, guide, and train junior social media team members.
Use tools such as Sprout Social, Buffer, or Hootsuite for social media management.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and industry best practices.

Requirements:
3–5 years of relevant experience in social media marketing/management.
Solid knowledge of social media platforms, KPIs, analytics, and performance tracking.
Excellent writing, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in team handling, mentoring, and client management.
Robust multitasking, time-management, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop and graphic/image editing.
Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
