Sr. Civil Billing Engineer – Job Description Location: Silvassa Salary: Up to ₹45,000/month Experience: 5–8 years in Civil Construction / Real Estate Projects Responsibilities: Prepare and verify RA Bills, client bills, subcontractor bills, and final bills. Prepare BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and measurement sheets. Check work quantities as per drawings, BOQ, and actual site measurements. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, architects, and project management team. Verify contractor bills, material consumption, deductions, and variations. Prepare Extra Item / Deviation / Variation statements. Maintain billing records, measurement books, and supporting documents. Monitor project quantities and cost against approved BOQ. Assist in reconciliation of materials and quantities.



Ensure bills are submitted accurately and within project timelines. Requirements: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering. 5–8 years of relevant experience in billing and quantity surveying. Robust knowledge of BOQ, RA Billing, Quantity Take-off, Rate Analysis, and Measurement. Positive knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel. Experience in residential/commercial construction projects preferred. Positive coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹54,000.00 per month
