About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organised Spare Parts In-charge to manage inventory, spare parts availability, stock records, and coordination with the workshop and service team at a reputed automobile/two-wheeler dealership.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily spare parts inventory and stock levels.
Ensure the availability of required spare parts for servicing and repairs.
Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, returns and transfers.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement.
Monitor quick-moving, slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with the service and workshop teams for parts requirements.




Prepare purchase requests and maintain stock documentation.
Ensure proper storage, identification and organisation of spare parts.
Minimise stock shortages, excess inventory and wastage.

Requirements
Experience in spare parts management, preferably in an automobile or two-wheeler dealership.
Knowledge of automobile spare parts, inventory management and stock control.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or inventory software.
Valuable coordination, organisational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Honest, responsible and systematic approach to work.
