We are looking for a Fresher or Junior Advocate with up to 1 year of experience to join our team as an Associate. The candidate should have a genuine interest in Income Tax and GST Litigation and be willing to build a long-term career in tax litigation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research related to Income Tax and GST laws.
Assist in drafting petitions, replies, applications, submissions and other legal documents.
Assist senior advocates in Court proceedings and hearings.
Prepare case notes, legal briefs and research materials.
Assist with case preparation and documentation.
Track relevant judgments, notifications, circulars and amendments.
Provide general assistance to the team in tax litigation matters.
Candidate Requirements
LLB / Law Graduate with a valid law degree.
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience as a junior advocate/associate.
Solid interest in Income Tax & GST Litigation.
Positive legal research and drafting skills.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn and work on a long-term basis.
Candidates looking for short-term internships or temporary opportunities are not preferred.
₹25,000 per month + 1 Month Bonus
Location - Churchgate, Mumbai
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
