About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive – Education Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their educational and career goals, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses or programs.
Explain course details, benefits, fees, eligibility, and enrollment procedures.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Convert qualified leads into successful admissions/enrollments.
Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
Handle student queries and provide timely support throughout the admission process.
Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Stay updated on courses, programs, and educational trends.

Requirements




Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
Positive follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Comfortable making frequent calls and handling prospective students.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
