Job Description

Urban Spacez is looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at residential and commercial project sites.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil construction activities as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Coordinate and manage labour, contractors, and subcontractors at site.
Monitor RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and other civil works.
Ensure proper quality, workmanship, measurements, and material utilization.
Check reinforcement, shuttering, levels, line, and alignment before concrete work.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, vendors, and the Urban Spacez management team.
Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, material records, and work progress.
Identify and report site issues, delays, material requirements, and quality concerns.
Ensure proper execution as per approved drawings and instructions.
Maintain site safety, cleanliness,



and discipline.
Help ensure projects are completed on time and within the planned budget.

Requirements
Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
1–5 years of relevant site experience in residential/commercial construction.
Positive knowledge of civil construction execution and site supervision.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Strong labour and contractor management skills.
Valuable communication and problem-solving ability.
Willingness to travel to different project sites across Delhi NCR.

What We Expect

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, disciplined, responsible, and capable of taking ownership of site execution rather than simply monitoring the work.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹34,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
