Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, follow up on enquiries, and convert opportunities into orders.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, promotional activities, and market visits.
Track competitor activities, pricing, projects, and market trends, and share actionable market intelligence.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, customer database, visit reports, forecasts, and periodic performance updates.
Support order execution by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring a positive customer experience.
