Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and assist them with seating.
Present menus and take food & beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages professionally and on time.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation before and after service.
Understand menu items and assist guests with basic recommendations.
Coordinate with the kitchen and F&B; team for smooth and timely service.
Attend to guest requests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Explicit and reset tables efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant and service areas.
Assist during banquets, events, and other F&B; operations whenever required.
Follow hotel service standards, grooming guidelines, and safety procedures.
