Security Head – Vedic International School

Location: Sambalpur, Odisha
Salary: No bar – Based on experience and suitability
Experience: Ex-Police / Ex-Army personnel preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise security arrangements across all Vedic International School branches.
Develop and implement school-wide security and safety procedures.
Monitor security guards and ensure proper deployment at all branches.
Conduct regular security inspections and identify potential risks.
Handle emergency situations, incidents, and security-related concerns.
Coordinate with local police and authorities when required.
Ensure proper visitor, student, staff, and vehicle security protocols.
Conduct regular training and briefing of security staff.
Maintain security reports and records.

Requirements:
Ex-Police / Ex-Army personnel preferred.
Solid leadership and security management skills.
Valuable communication and decision-making ability.
Experience in handling security teams and large premises.
