About the Role

A brand specializing in bridal collections and designer ethnic wear, is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to oversee showroom operations, manage the sales team and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in bridal wear, ethnic fashion, designer boutiques or premium fashion retail.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth store functioning.
Lead, supervise and motivate the sales and fashion consultant team.
Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Handle premium customers and ensure a personalized shopping experience.
Monitor inventory, stock management and product availability.
Ensure proper visual merchandising and showroom presentation.
Manage customer queries, feedback and escalations.
Track sales reports, team performance and business growth.
Coordinate with management regarding operational requirements and business updates.

Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail store management.
Prior experience in bridal wear, ethnic wear,



designer boutiques or premium fashion retail is highly preferred.
Robust knowledge of bridal collections, lehengas, sarees and designer ethnic wear.
Proven experience in team handling and sales target achievement.
Excellent communication, leadership and customer-handling skills.
Good understanding of inventory management and showroom operations.
Strong sales orientation with the ability to drive business growth.
