Key Power Plant Experience to Include
Experience in Power Plant / Captive Power Plant electrical maintenance and operations.
Hands-on experience with generators/alternators, transformers, HT/LT switchgear, MCC/PCC panels and electrical distribution systems.
Experience in generator synchronization, grid synchronization and power export/import systems.
Knowledge of 11 kV / 33 kV / 66 kV electrical systems and associated switchgear.
Experience with HT motors, LT motors, VFDs, soft starters and motor protection systems.
Experience in relay testing, protection systems and electrical fault analysis.
Knowledge of ACB, VCB, SF6 breakers, CTs, PTs, isolators and protection relays.
Experience in DG sets, UPS, battery chargers and emergency power systems.
Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance of power plant electrical equipment.
Knowledge of electrical safety, LOTO, earthing,



lightning protection and statutory compliance.
Experience in electrical shutdown planning and execution.
Ability to analyze generator, transformer and motor breakdowns and conduct RCA.
Experience coordinating with operations, instrumentation, mechanical and utility teams.
Knowledge of energy monitoring, load management and power-factor improvement.
Experience in commissioning, testing and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
